asked the Minister for Finance if he will state, in connection with the Irish promotion tests in the Civil Service which were held on the 8th of May, 1948, and the 22nd of May, 1948, respectively: (a) the number that sat for the examination; (b) the pass mark adopted; (c) the number that were successful, and (d) the number that obtained more than 50 per cent.
