On the section, I want to take the opportunity of referring to the point made by the Minister. It is not a question with me of being suspicious of the Minister at all. I want it to be appreciated that it is not a question of being suspicious. As far as I am concerned, this is a matter of principle. I want that to be understood by the Minister and everybody else. Secondly, I said that I could understand the Minister coming before the House and, on the grounds of the expense which would be involved, putting a case before us, and then asking us to do this. I do not say that I would accept that case. I would think that the Minister might indicate what is the expense involved in the election.
