Vol. 114 No. 3

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Trim Postal Deliveries.

asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs whether he is aware that the postal delivery in Trim is unsatisfactory; and, if so, whether he will consider providing a daily mail delivery there.

The daily postal delivery in Trim, which includes correspondence posted in Dublin up to 6 p.m. the previous evening, commences at 7.30 a.m. A second delivery could only be given at present by providing an additional mail car service from An Uaimh, but I regret that the expense of such an arrangement would not be warranted.
