Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Consumption of Agricultural Produce.

asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce if he will state the approximate consumption per head of the following commodities for the years 1929 and 1947: (a) fresh milk, (b) creamery butter, (c) farm butter, (d) cheese, (e) eggs, (f) potatoes, (g) bacon, (h) beef and (i) mutton.

As the reply is in the form of a tabular statement, I propose, with the permission of the Ceann Comhairle, to have the statement circulated with the Official Report.

Following is the statement referred to:—
