Vol. 114 No. 4

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Traffic Lights Control.

asked the Minister for Local Government if it is intended to extend the system of traffic lights control to operate on the principal roads leading into the City of Dublin, and in particular the Bray-Dublin Road and the Naas-Dublin Road.

The provision of traffic lights is a matter for consideration by the local road authority in conjunction with the Garda Commissioner. I have received no proposals to provide traffic lights on the roads in question.
