Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - County Limerick Lands.

asked the Minister for Lands if he will state whether the Land Commission proposes to acquire the holdings of Mrs. Ievers, Staveley estate, Glanduff, County Limerick, for division.

The lands referred to appear to be those formerly in the occupation of Mrs. Frances Ievers in the townlands of Glanduff, Coolnanoglagh and Dromdeeveen and now in the occupation of Martin Kenny. The Land Commission have not instituted proceedings for the resumption of these lands.

asked the Minister for Lands whether any decision has yet been reached by the Land Commission regarding the proposed acquisition for division of the Smith estate, Creggs, County Limerick; and, if so, what the decision is.

The Land Commission have decided to institute proceedings for the acquisition of the Smith estate at Creggs, County Limerick.
