There are no proceedings pending for the lands referred to in parts (i) and (ii) of the question, but inquiries are being made in these cases. As regards part (iii), the Land Commission have instituted proceedings for the acquisition of the lands of Clonkeen on the English estate, but they are not yet in a position to state if or when these lands will be acquired.
