Some doubt has arisen as to whether the plan originally prepared was fully suited to the needs of the case, and an alternative design has been suggested. In that connection, and before a final decision is reached, I am arranging that a consultation on the site by technical officers with the local fishermen will be held at the earliest date practicable.
