Vol. 114 No. 15

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Dublin Corporation—Conveyancers' Salaries.

asked the Minister for Local Government whether it is a fact that the failure of his Department to sanction a reasonably attractive salary for posts of conveyancers in the legal department of the Dublin Corporation is responsible for the delay in the completion of legal formalities in connection with the granting of loans under the corporation's small dwellings loans scheme.

Mr. Murphy

I am not aware that the facts are as stated by the Deputy.
