I would refer the Deputy to the reply given to his question of 17th February last in regard to this project.
Since that date, the lay-out of the site has been determined and civil engineering working drawings will shortly be put in hands as a preliminary to the commencement of site development works. As already indicated in my earlier reply, it is hoped to have these works started by the autumn.
In the meantime, work is proceeding on the preparation of the sketch designs for the various buildings.
