Vol. 115 No. 10

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - County Waterford Riparian Fishery Rights.

asked the Minister for Lands whether he proposes to accede to the requests of the farmers with farms along the River Blackwater, County Waterford, that they should be enabled to purchase the riparian fishery rights over their own lands.

I would refer the Deputy to my reply to the questions asked regarding this matter by Deputies Corry and O'Gorman on the 1st December, 1948.
