Vol. 116 No. 10

Order of Business.

It is proposed to take business in the following order: No. 6 (Votes 11, 66 to 59 inclusive, 68, 42 and 43) and then Nos. 7 and 8. If not already reached, Nos. 7 and 8 will be taken at 7 p.m. and when concluded the debate on No. 6 will be resumed. It is proposed to sit until 12 midnight.

Mr. de Valera

Would the Taoiseach tell us when we may expect to take the Irish Newsagency Bill?

It is ordered for Tuesday but I do not think it will be ready for Tuesday. The Minister is away in Paris at the moment. I can assure the Deputy that he will have ample time to consider the matter. It will not be rushed.

What are the proposals for to-morrow's sitting?

I understand it has been agreed to sit at 10.30 a.m. tomorrow and to continue until 10.30 p.m. with a break for lunch between 1 and 3 p.m., if that would suit Deputies.
