Vol. 117 No. 6

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Cahirciveen New Hospital.

asked the Minister for Health whether he is aware that the Kerry County Council have made the necessary adjustments and suggestions to the architect concerned in connection with the proposed new hospital for Cahirciveen; and, if so, whether he is now in a position to state when his Department will finally approve of the scheme.

On 30th of May I conveyed my views to the local authority in regard to the preliminary sketch scheme for Cahirciveen District Hospital and asked for the preparation and submission of a final sketch plan. This has not yet reached my Department. When it does I hope to be able to approve finally of the proposals for this hospital.
