Supplementary Estimates—Leave to Introduce.

Minister for Finance (Mr. McGilligan)

I move:—

That leave be given by the Dáil to introduce the following Supplementary Estimates for the service of the year ending on the 31st day of March, 1950, namely: Votes 46 (Primary Education), 61 (Posts and Telegraphs), 64 (Army Pensions).

These are further token Estimates and they will be covered by the statement which I have to make to-day on superannuation allowances.

Leave granted.

Will they be taken next week? They have not been circulated, I understand.

I presume that they cannot formally be taken until they are circulated. In fact, they will be covered by the superannuation allowances discussion to-day.

Mr. Lemass

Order them for Tuesday next.
