Vol. 117 No. 11

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Killarney District Hospital Extension.

asked the Minister for Health whether the necessary arrangements have yet been made for the erection of an addition to the Killarney District Hospital so as to make provision for ten maternity beds.

I have approved of the provision of a ten bed maternity extension at Killarney District Hospital. I have also approved of the appointment of an architect for this work. An outline schedule of accommodation was recently submitted to my Department and it is being examined.

I hope to be able to convey my views on the outline Schedule at an early date.
