Vol. 118 No. 5

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Minane Bridge Reclamation Scheme.

asked the Minister for Lands whether he will state the reasons for the delay in carrying out the Minane Bridge reclamation scheme which has been before his Department for a very considerable time.

This work presents major engineering difficulties for which a final and adequate solution has not yet been approved.

In view of the fact that both the Minister and his predecessor strongly approved this scheme, will the Minister say what is now holding up the scheme?

The Deputy need not make his speech on the Adjournment now.
