Vol. 118 No. 9

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Importation of Seed Oats.

asked the Minister for Agriculture whether he will permit the importation of specified varieties of approved seed oats, in view of the fact that this season's crop will not provide the quality or quantity which would normally be required.

The arrangements made for the importation of seed oats from Great Britain have already been announced. Licences will also be granted for the importation of approved varieties from other sources.
