Irish Whiskey Bill, 1950—First Stage.

Leave granted to introduce a Bill entitled an Act to define Irish whiskey and Irish pot still whiskey for the purpose of ensuring that only spirits that conform to those definitions shall be described as such in permits and certificates under the Spirits Act, 1880, accompanying spirits in transit.— (Minister for Finance).
