I have received representations regarding the despatch of mails from Knocktopher sub-post office. Arrangements are now being made which will ensure that certain correspondence posted in the area, which is not at present securing despatch on the day of posting, will do so in future.
The question of providing a daily delivery in those parts of the district which have not this facility will be considered when the Kilkenny area is surveyed in connection with the general reorganisation of postal services at present in hands.
