Air Navigation and Transport Bill, 1949—From the Seanad.

Will the Parliamentary Secretary say when it is proposed to take the amendments from the Seanad?

It is proposed to take them now with the permission of the House.

I agree to their being taken now.

The Dáil went into Committee to consider amendments from the Seanad.

I move that the Committee agree with the Seanad on amendment No. 1:—

In Section 14, sub-section (6) (a), page 8, line 26, the words "estate or" inserted before the word "interest".

I move that the Committee agree with the Seanad in amendment No. 2:—

In Section 16, sub-section (2), page 9, paragraph (d) deleted and the following paragraph substituted:—

(d) the regulation of traffic generally.

Question put and agreed to.

I move that the Committee agree with the Seanad in amendment No. 3 :—

In Section 19, sub-section (3), page 11, the word "who" where it occurs in lines 18, 22 and 25 deleted.
