Vol. 119 No. 15

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Motor Identification Letters.

asked the Minister for Local Government if he will consider making representations to the appropriate authority with regard to the tourist identification plate bearing the letters EIR which were those in use here prior to the alteration of our constitutional status effected by the Republic of Ireland Act, 1949, with a view to the adoption of identification letters more readily associated with this country by foreigners.
