I move:—
That it is expedient to authorise such payments out of the moneys provided by the Oireachtas as are necessary to give effect to any Act of the present Session to extent the period during which the Supplies and Services (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1946, continues in force and to provide for the setting up of certain advisory bodies for the purposes of that Act.
