Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Cost of Granite and Concrete.

Mr. Brady

asked the Minister for Local Government if he will state in reference to the houses built during the past 12 months by (a) the Dublin Corporation; (b) the Dún Laoghaire Borough Corporation; (c) the Dublin County Council, the number of (1) window sills and (2) door steps of (i) granite, (ii) concrete, giving the comparative costs and the estimated effect on the rent charges.

As the reply is in the form of a tabular statement, I propose, with your permission, a Chinn Chomhairle, to circulate it with the Official Report.

The following is the statement, based on particulars supplied by the local authorities concerned:—
