Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Acquisition of County Meath Estates.

asked the Minister for Lands if he will state the stage reached in the acquisition of the George E. Moore estate (No. 9874), County Meath, and the acreage involved.

Proceedings were instituted for the acquisition of this estate. An objection to acquisition was disallowed and the proceedings are being continued. The area in question is 135 acres.

asked the Minister for Lands if he will state the stage reached in the case of the acquisition of the estate of the late Miss Byrne, County Meath, and the acreage involved.

Arrangements are being made for the taking of possession of this estate of 82 acres.

asked the Minister for Lands if he will state the stage reached in the case of the acquisition of the estate of Mr. George Gilroy, County Meath, and the acreage involved.

The Land Commission have obtained possession of this estate of 349 acres.

asked the Minister for Lands if he will state the stage reached in the case of the acquisition of the Harman Estate of County Meath, and the acreage involved.

The proceedings have reached the stage of arranging for the taking of possession. The area is 313 acres.

asked the Minister for Lands if he will state the stage reached in the case of the acquisition of the Charles Estate, County Meath, and the acreage involved.

The proceedings have reached the stage of arranging for the taking of possession of the estate. The lands comprise 288 acres.

asked the Minister for Lands if he will state the stage reached in the case of the acquisition of the Cunningham Estate (9879), County Meath, and the acreage involved.

This estate of 270 acres was acquired some time ago and has been partly allotted.
