Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Disclosure of Confidential Departmental Affairs.

asked the Minister for Social Welfare whether any investigations have been made, in view of the provisions of the Official Secrets Acts, into the apparent disclosure of confidential departmental affairs as evidenced in recent parliamentary questions relating to his Department; and, if so, with what result.

The matter has been referred to the Attorney-General.
