asked the Minister for Local Government if he will state (i) the date on which Mr. D.J. O'Donovan was appointed as Commissioner to administer the affairs of the Dublin County Council and the date on which his appointment as Commissioner terminated; (ii) what was the rate in the £ in each separately rated district of the council's administrative area at (a) the date of Mr. O'Donovan's appointment as Commissioner and (b) at the close of his service as Commissioner, and (iii) what was the total amount of rates in arrear (a) at the 31st March immediately preceding his appointment and (b) at the 31st March immediately succeeding the date on which he ceased to be Commissioner.
