It is presumed that the Deputy is referring to a proposed scheme of improvement works on the Owenacurra river under the Local Authorities (Works) Act, 1949, submitted by the Midleton Urban District Council for execution in 1951-52. This proposal is at present under consideration and a decision will issue in due course to the local authority.
