Vol. 125 No. 3

Order of Business.

It is proposed to take Nos. 3 and 10 on the Order Paper.

Can the Minister for Industry and Commerce give the House any idea as to whether it is proposed to take any of the Estimates next week or not?

I think that when the Second Reading of the Social Welfare (Insurance) Bill is through, the Estimate for the Department of Agriculture will be taken.

We may safely assume, then, that the Estimate for the Department of Lands will arise next week?

To follow the Estimate for the Department of Agriculture.

You would have to get the agreement of the House to put through the Estimate for Agriculture in one day.

Do not look at this side of the House. I think it is most unlikely.

I do not think I would get that agreement.

Deputy Smith will do five hours again—the long-distance champion.

I wish he would devote some of his speeches to the Department of Lands.
