Vol. 125 No. 4

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Land Acquisition.

asked the Minister for Lands if he will give the names of the lands comprising the 8,401 acres which are proposed to be acquired or resumed in 1951.

asked the Minister for Lands if he will state the location of the 3,307 acres acquired for division in County Meath in the past year.

asked the Minister for Lands if he will state the location of the 1,100 acres allotted in County Meath during 1950.

With the permission of the Ceann Comhairle, I will take together Questions Nos. 17, 18 and 19.

It would entail considerable time and expenditure which would not be warranted by the results, especially in such an institution as the Land Commission where the volume of current business is exceptionally heavy, to ascertain the mass of detail sought in these questions. If the Deputy wants detailed information in any particular case, I will be only too happy to furnish it as far as lies in my power.
