Vol. 126 No. 6

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - County Kildare Lands.

asked the Minister for Lands if he is aware that an application under Section 14 of the Land Act, 1931, was lodged by Mr. Edward Foley in respect of the lands of Knockfield, County Kildare, on the estate of Mr. John Alfred Cope Corrigan, on the 22nd September, 1950; and, if so, if he will state when it will be possible to deal with this application.

Mr. Foley's application under Section 14 of the Land Act, 1931, is under investigation and a decision will be taken in due course.

Could the Minister give any indication of what "in due course" means?

The application involved two acres approximately, and the inspector has been requested to report and a report from him is expected within a week.

Again a very useful question.
