I move:—
That for the purpose of any Act of the present Session to amend the Post Office Act, 1908, and other enactments relating to the Post Office, it is expedient to authorise such payments out of moneys provided by the Oireachtas as are necessary to provide for the allowance of gratuities to owners of vessels or aircraft.
