Vol. 126 No. 9

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Cleaning of Curragh River, Tuam.

asked the Minister for Finance whether he will provide funds for the cleaning of the Curragh River, Tuam, which has become choked and overgrown with weeds and other growth.

I cannot trace any previous request for the carrying out of this work, but if the landholders concerned will submit an application for it under the rural improvements scheme I shall have it investigated.
