asked the Minister for Justice whether it is a fact that organisations purported to be Communistic recently endeavoured to distribute pamphlets or leaflets calculated to insult a State friendly to this country; and whether, in order to allay public anxiety, he will make a statement making it clear that the Garda Síochána dealt so effectively with the matter that only a trifling number of such pamphlets were distributed and the efforts of these organisations frustrated.
