Vol. 127 No. 7

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Egg Prices.

asked the Minister for Agriculture if he will indicate what price egg producers may expect for the Christmas period.

The export price for eggs up to the 31st January, 1952, is fixed on a basis of 3/6 a dozen to producers. Since there is no likelihood of an export surplus during this period it is possible that the price may be higher than the sum mentioned.
