Vol. 129 No. 2

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - County Wexford Postal Collection.

asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs if he will arrange to have the letter box at Scarawalsh, County Wexford, collected each evening by the mail van that passes by nightly on the road.

The mail van in question is engaged on a main service between Wexford and Dublin serving intermediate offices en route. It is not the policy of the Department to provide collections from letter boxes by such services, and I regret that an exception cannot be made for the letter box at Scarawalsh.
