This work cannot be carried out in the winter period when employment schemes are in operation, and is not therefore eligible for a full-cost grant.
If the interested parties wish to have the proposal considered under the rural improvements scheme, to which they are required to make a contribution, and will submit an application under that scheme, the matter will receive careful consideration.
