Vol. 130 No. 4

Order of Business.

It is proposed to take business in the following order: Nos. 3, 4, 5 and 9; 8 and 12; 7 and 11 and 6 and 10. It is proposed that business be interrupted at 6 o'clock to take the Milk Bill (Nos. 7 and 11). If that is not completed by 8 o'clock, then the interrupted business will be resumed. It is proposed that public business be not interrupted for the taking of Private Deputies' business. I would remind Deputies that the Dáil meets at 10.30 to-morrow morning.

Can the Tánaiste say when it is proposed to circulate the new Housing Bill which the Minister for Local Government got leave to introduce yesterday?

I understand it will be circulated some time during the Easter recess.

Will there be no statement between this and then? What is going to happen to the people whose houses will not be completed by the 31st of this month?

That will be considered.

May I ask the Minister for Justice when it is proposed to introduce the Legal Adoption Bill?

When we meet after Easter I hope to have it ready.
