I have to report to the House that the Special Committee appointed to put through the Third Stage of the Defence Bill has completed its business. I, therefore, move:—
(1) That the Report do lie upon the Table.
(2) That the Report together with the proceedings of the Special Committee be printed.
(3) That the Fourth Stage be taken on Wednesday, 28th May.
I understand that the Minister will agree to the 28th May, provisionally.
