Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Territorial Fishing Limits.

asked the Minister for External Affairs if his attention has been drawn to the exchange of notes between the Governments of Iceland and of Britain regarding the application of the recent decision of the International Court of Justice at The Hague concerning territorial fishing limits; and, if so, if he will make available to Deputies a copy of the notes which have passed between these two Governments by having them placed in the Oireachtas library.

Copies of the notes to which the Deputy refers will be placed in the library as soon as they become available.

This is outside the net issue in the question, but could the Minister indicate when a copy of the judgment of the International Court will be available in the library?

The Deputy asked me for notes and I have told him that we are getting them and will put them in the library.

The Minister will recall that he said he would have a copy of the judgment placed in the library. I am asking him when he will have that done.

That does not arise out of this question.
