Vol. 132 No. 12

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Naas Boys' School.

asked the Minister for Education if he will state what stage has now been reached in the preparation of plans for the erection of a new boys' school at Naas.

I am informed that the Commissioners of Public Works have prepared the detailed drawings and specification for the erection of the proposed new boys' school at Naas, and that they have now obtained the approval of the local authority to the plans under the Town and Regional Planning Acts. The commissioners are arranging to have bills of quantities prepared, and when they are ready tenders will be invited.
