asked the Minister for Local Government when he will give a decision on the application of the Kerry County Council to sanction the purchase of lands at Dromin Upper, Listowel, and so allow building to commence on 40 cottages, the layout plans for which had already been sanctioned, in view of the fact that portion of the site has already been acquired by the county council and sanction has been requested for the acquisition of a further area on the same terms as to price in order to allow these cottages to be built.
