Vol. 132 No. 12

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Liffey Bridges.

Mr. Byrne

asked the Minister for Local Government if he will state the cause of the delay in the building of the two bridges across the Liffey, and if he is aware that there is a large number of unemployed in the city who are expecting to secure employment on the building of the bridges so urgently needed to facilitate the traffic in the city.

I would refer the Deputy to my reply to a similar question by him on the 28th November last. The position remains as stated in that reply.
