There is evidence that oatmeal prices generally are falling due no doubt to the fall in the price of this season's oats. The existing controlled prices are at present under review and will shortly be considered by the Prices Advisory Body. The prices of proprietary brands of packet oatmeal and packet flake oatmeal were decontrolled, on the recommendation of the Prices Advisory Body, in May last.
