I am informed by the E.S.B. that claims for compensation and disturbance due to the Lee hydroelectric scheme are being examined as they arise. As constructional work on the scheme is only just beginning the settlement of some claims must, of necessity, be deferred until the extent of interference or damage has been determined at a later date.
