Vol. 136 No. 6

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Dublin Voters Registration Staff.

asked the Minister for Local Government if he is aware that persons employed on the voters registration staff in the Dublin Corporation have not been given a cost-of-living bonus on their salaries; and, if so, if he will take steps and, if necessary, amend existing regulations to ensure that these persons get the increase in their salaries to which they are entitled.

The rate of remuneration payable to persons employed on the preparation of the electors lists for the County Borough of Dublin is a matter for the city manager and town clerk in his capacity as deputy registration officer.
