Vol. 136 No. 12

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Recommendations of Youth Unemployment Commission.

asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce whether he has received reports from Departments which are concerned with the recommendations of the Commission on Youth Unemployment; and, if so, from what Departments; and, further, if he will state the action which eachDepartment proposes to take on the recommendations which have a bearing on the work of the particular Department.

I have not received reports from the other Departments which are concerned with the recommendations of the Commission on Youth Unemployment.

As I informed the Deputy in reply to his supplementary question on the 19th February, proposals from the various Departments on the Commission's recommendations have been, or will be, made to the Government, and information on those proposals could be obtained by addressing questions to the Ministers concerned.
