Vol. 139 No. 5

Order of Business.

Business will be taken in the following order: Nos. 12, 8, 6, and in No. 6 Votes 39 to 46, No. 7. Questions will be taken at 3 p.m. It is proposed to take No. 7 after questions, and if same is completed to resume the order.

Would the Tánaiste indicate when it is proposed to take Item No. 3 on the Order Paper?

That has not been considered but, perhaps, there could be some discussion between the Whips.

It is a question of facilitating the printing.

With your permission, a Cheann Comhairle, I would like to raise on the Adjournment the subject matter of Question No. 1 on the Order Paper of 7th May.

The matter will be considered.

Would the Minister for Justice indicate what is the position in regard to the Intestates' Estates Bill?

We will have a new Bill in due course.

Is it likely to be produced in this session?

Mr. Boland

I do not know. Some time or other we will produce it.

Some time or other?

Mr. Boland

It is not very urgent.

It is fairly important for quite a number of people.

Quite a number of people have an interest in it.
