Vol. 141 No. 5

Order of Business.

It is proposed to take business in the following order: Nos. 6, 3, 4, 10, 13, 17 and 11.

On the Order of Business, may I ask if the Taoiseach has any statement to make regarding the Valuation Bill which was introduced by Deputies O'Higgins, Sweetman and myself and to which this House has given a First Reading?

Do I understand the Taoiseach to say "No"?

I have no statement to make.

Have I to take it therefore that the Taoiseach proposes to take over this Bill, without any acknowledgment or mention of it? The Taoiseach mentioned this in his statement over the week-end.

On a point of order. May I suggest that the Deputy is breaking the rules of the House? He is not raising any question on the Order of Business. He is just having a little bit of propaganda.

Injured innocence.

Who issued the statement on Saturday night? It was not I.

The Deputy can issue one next Saturday night.

You have been talking about valuation for 18 years. May I ask the Taoiseach if he proposes to introduce farm buildings in the measure? They were not mentioned in the statement or in the Irish Press.

That is another matter.

May I ask whether it is proposed that the House will sit next week?

Perhaps about Thursday morning I will be able to give a very accurate forecast.

We can tell you already.

With the Deputy's co-operation.

Will all stages of the Health Bill be taken before the recess?

What is the position about the Courts of Justice Bill?

It is ordered for today.

Is it proposed to take all stages before we rise?

We should like it.

It will depend on what co-operation we get on the Health Bill.
