Vol. 144 No. 7

Ceisteanna — Questions. Oral Answers. - Dean's Grange Cemetery.

asked the Minister for Local Government whether he has reached a decision on the proposed extension to Dean's Grange Cemetery; and, if so, if he will indicate its nature.

The inquiry into this proposal was held on the 12th and 13th August last and the inspector's report was submitted about October. The lands covered by the Order are, in the main, those which were the subject of a recent case in the High Court, on which judgment was delivered only a week ago. There will now be no undue delay in giving a decision.

Can the Minister say when that will be; can he say within a month?

I do not like to be confined to space or time.
