The problems relating to the financing of the purchase, transporting, drying and storing of this year's wheat harvest are receiving attention. While there will be a substantial increase in the drying and storage facilities as compared with the past season it may be necessary to take special steps to regulate deliveries by growers to millers and merchants in order to avoid congestion at delivery points. This is a matter on which I propose to consult with the interests concerned.
